All clients of Absolute Services will receive a one-year parts and labor warranty for any service provided.
All club members of Absolute Services will receive a two-year part and labor warranty for any service provided.
HVAC Warranties
All clients purchasing a new HVAC system from Absolute Services will receive one of the following:
● Basic and builder-grade units will receive a five-year part and labor warranty
● Premium units will receive a ten-year part and labor warranty
The only condition is that all systems must be properly maintained.
Absolute Services recommends that all HVAC Systems receive preventative maintenance annually, and ideally twice per year.
If a specific product is not listed, it is not covered by the Absolute Services Warranty.
Plumbing Warranties
All clients purchasing a new water heater from Absolute Services will receive one of the following:
● Basic and builder-grade water heaters will receive a six-year part warranty and a one-year labor warranty
NOTE: Club members will receive a two-year labor warranty.
● Premium water heaters (upgraded anode rod) will receive a six-year part and labor warranty
● Proterra water heaters (with heat pump) will receive a six-year part and labor warranty
NOTE: This warranty will be increased to 10-year parts and labor with the purchase of 10-year club membership and annual service.
● Tankless water heaters will receive a six-year part and labor warranty
NOTE: This warranty will be increased to 10-year parts and labor with the purchase of 10-year club membership and annual service.
NOTE: System must be flushed annually to maintain warranty. Membership does not cover tankless annual service

All clients purchasing a new sump pump from Absolute Services will receive one of the following:
● Water-powered will receive a six-year part warranty and a one-year labor warranty
NOTE: Club members will receive a two-year labor warranty.
● Cast iron sump pumps will receive a three-year replacement warranty
● Stainless steel sump pumps will receive a four-year replacement warranty
● PremiumTwo-Pump sump pumps will receive a four-year replacement warranty
If a specific product is not listed, it is not covered by the Absolute Services Warranty.
Electrical Warranties
All clients purchasing a new Home and Whole Home Generators from Absolute Services will receive the following:
● 10-year part warranty and a one-year labor warranty
NOTE: Club members will receive a two-year labor warranty.
The only condition is that all systems must be properly maintained. The generator must be serviced annually. Membership does not cover tankless and generator annual service.
Absolute Services recommends that all generators receive preventative maintenance annually. If a specific product is not listed, it is not covered by the Absolute Services Warranty.
Garage Door Warranties
Door track reset (no parts)
This is a minimal service. There is no warranty unless an additional service is performed.
